A bride recently posted a recommendation of my services to another bride; she was looking for a DJ in the Worcester area. So, just how far will I travel? Honestly, there’s no limit - whether it’s around the corner or halfway around the world, I’m up for the challenge. Of course, most of my events take place locally - Boston, Providence, Newport, Cape Cod, and everywhere in between. In general, I only market my services in those areas. However, I’m always willing to travel if someone really wants me to be part of their wedding day. As an example, next September I’ll be heading to Verona, NY.

Some of my posts here will focus on questions that I get asked from time to time. Here’s one:
Do I have a light show?
The short answer is yes. In fact, I own a number of amazing lighting effects, and they can add excitement to the dancefloor at any party. However, I don’t use them at every event. Some venues just don’t have the space needed for a lighting setup, and some clients simply don’t want them. For most parties taking place at night (birthdays, retirement parties, reunions, etc.), lighting is included. For weddings, I offer dancefloor lighting option at no extra charge, but only upon request and only if sufficient setup space is provided (for most hotels and country clubs, this isn’t a problem).
